• To request a cancellation, you must email us at hello@ohanamushrooms.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
• If your cancellation request is received after the 24-hour window, we may not be able to process it, as your order may already be in fulfillment.

Subscription Cancellation Policy – Ohana Mushrooms

We appreciate your commitment to wellness with Ohana Mushrooms! If you wish to cancel your subscription, please review our policy below:

• Subscription cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before your next shipment to avoid being charged.
• You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
• If your cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before your next shipment, your order will be processed as scheduled, and the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.
• Once a subscription order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
